Our Mission Statement

 

The Pre-School’s Objectives are:

• To provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children to play and learn, which is friendly and welcoming

• To prepare children for their transition into school and their next steps in their education

• To offer a good quality provision to the local community which is open and inclusive to all

• To promote positive relationships with parents/carers and work in partnership with them to ensure strong links between home and pre-school.

 

At Willow Tree Pre-School we aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children's individuality is respected and valued. In planning our daily activities based on the EYFS curriculum, each child will be encouraged to become independent and successful learners through their play. A caring staff team that is experienced, well trained and properly supported will encourage the children in their social interactions to help them become, confident individuals with respect to all and responsible citizens.

Willow Tree Pre-School is committed to establishing quality relationships with parents based on mutual respect and trust. We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and should be centrally involved in their child's experiences and development.  We welcome and value parents and strive to create excellent communication links to ensure continuity for the children between the home and preschool.
